PARTY TENTS: YOUR IDEAL PARTY VENUE

A party tent really is your ideal party venue. However, you probably have a lot of questions you’d like to ask before booking your party tent.

Maybe you’re wondering if your garden is suitable, or whether it matters if it’s rainy or windy.

Here we have answered some of our most frequently asked questions, for your convenience.

Is my garden suitable for a party tent?

We need a flat surface for the tent to be installed upon of at least size of the tent you would like to hire.
Any type of surface is suitable.
On booking we will ask you for photographs of your chosen area so that we can discuss the best way to secure the tent.

Are the party tents weatherproof?

Our tents are heavy duty, with commercial grade aluminium anodised black frames. They are fully waterproof and come with heating in the colder months included in the price.
We will secure the tent so it is safe to use in all weather conditions, giving you a guaranteed party venue no matter the weather!

Is heating included with the party tent?

During the colder months we include electric heaters in our ORIGINAL and PREMIUM tents. This will take the chill off.
You can upgrade to an indirect diesel marquee heater which will keep the tent toasty warm for an extra £70.
Our ULTIMATE and ULTIMATE PLUS tents come with diesel heater as standard.

How does payment work?

A security deposit of £100 would be required to secure your chosen date.
Full payment is then due on delivery, in cash or by bank transfer.
Your deposit will be returned to you on satisfactory collection of all our equipment.

Are there separate delivery or installation fees?

All prices include full setup.
Delivery charge is on top of this, and depends on your location. Contact us to get your quote for the delivery cost.

How long does it take to install a party tent?

The party tents take between 1 to 4hrs to install, depending which package you book.

Are pets allowed in the party tents?

Sorry but no, pets are not allowed in the party tents.

Do I have to get permission from the council or my neighbours?

You do not have to get permission from the council to put up a temporary party tent. However we do recommend that you let your neighbours know that you will be holding a party, out of courtesy and good will.
